Meta Letter 14 - Daddy Cool

📅 25 Jun 2021

Hello there! It seems it’s time for me to invade your inbox once more. Last Sunday was Father’s Day, so I wanted to open up by wishing all you dads out there a very happy Father’s Day.

As the child of a single parent family, I’d also like to wish all you super hero mums out there, that are also doing the role of dad, a marvellous happy Father’s Day too!

Anyway, enough of that mushy stuff, let’s get on with the issue shall we?

📝 From my blog

I’ve actually managed to write some content between issues this time around. Get me, hey! ?

Since introducing my Notes section last month, I’ve been writing more notes than long-form posts which has been really nice actually, as I can just bash out a thought and be done with it.

Without further waffle, here’s what I’ve written since I last invaded your inbox:

Right then, that’s enough of my waffle from this site. Let’s look at some of the cool stuff I’ve found around the Internet from far more talented people than myself.

Let’s be honest, this is why you subscribed, isn’t it. That’s fine, no hard feelings, I still love you.
A collection a brilliant mini-games and interesting ways of displaying data. This is my new favourite website! I particularly like the deep sea.

💭 Meta Thought

Since there are 3600 seconds in an hour, and most people make less than £36.00/hr, their time is worth less than a penny per second. It’s literally worth your time to pick up a penny from the ground.

Until next time; Kev, out.
